Hello workshop - The OWASP Top Ten 2013 and the veterinary horse

A top ten list of the most common Web application vulnerabilities is released every three years by OWASP (Open Web Application Security Project, http://www.owasp.org/). If we take a look at the brand new 2013 release we can see that not much has happened since 2010: injection problems are still the most prevalent ones, on 2nd and 3rd position there has been a swap between XSS (Cross-Site Scripting) and Broken Authentication and Session Management vulnerabilities, while considering the rest we had some splits and merges. During the workshop some of the vulnerabilities and their exploitation from the top ten list will be demonstrated on our veterinary horse, an application in which we have committed all possible bugs to show their effects.
