DB/Application Security Architecture with a generous sprinkling of /Linux/Oracle/Java/WWW
Paul M. Wright is a DB/Application Security Architect with 14 years experience including leading DB/App security for one of the World's largest Investment Banks.
He is published by IOUG/UKOUG and wrote the first book on database forensics in 2007, and is now an Apress Author.
Paul was part of the teaching team for the first Oracle Security Class in San Diego 2005, and the SANS Instructor for the first Java Security class outside of the US in London 2007, having already gained GIAC GSE.
Paul has been credited on 6 Oracle Security Alerts and was security reviewer for the 12c Beta process, where he defined and recommended the use of the new _sys_logon_delay parameter.
He currently leads the Oracle Security Academy at City University London where he is Visiting Lecturer/Researcher and lead maintainer for OracleSecurity.com and UKCERT.org.uk
